Using and Installing an eSIM
Most of Roamify's plans only require users to install and turn on their eSIM. However, some plans require an extra step or two.
Specifically, Roamify's Africa plan. After installing the eSIM, there is one more step:

1. Apple (IOS): https://www.getroamify.com/help/using-an-esim/installing-on-an-ios-device
2. Android: https://www.getroamify.com/help/using-an-esim/installing-on-an-android-device
3. Samsung: https://www.getroamify.com/help/using-an-esim/installing-on-an-samsung-device
Note: If you can't access the internet in Namibia, please disable the automatic network selection of the Roamify eSIM and manually select the network "TN mobile".
For iPhone:
1. Go to Settings
2. Go to Cellular
3. Tap on 'Cellular Data Network'
4. Tap on the 'eSIM' you just installed.
5. Enter the APN information shown below and find the corresponding field:

1. Go to Settings
2. Tap on 'Networks & internet'
3. Tap on SIM
4. Tap on your Roamify eSIM
5. Tap on 'Access Point Names'
6. Tap on the + icon on the top right to create a new APN
7. Enter the APN information shown below and find the corresponding field:
8. Save the settings
9. Ensure both “Mobile Data” and “Data Roaming” options are enabled.

2. Tap on Connections
3. Tap on Mobile networks
4. Tap on 'Access Point Names'
5. Tap on 'Add' on the top right to create a new APN
7. Enter the APN information shown below and find the corresponding field:
8. Save the settings
9. Ensure both “Mobile Data” and “Data Roaming” options are enabled.
