How do I set up a Hotspot on Android?

Just go to Settings > Network & Internet, tap on Wi-Fi Hotspot / Connection Sharing, and turn on your hotspot.

You can even set a password and change the hotspot's name right there. If you can't find these settings, use the search bar at the top.
