If your eSIM is installed but not connecting to the local network, follow these four simple steps!

Step 1: Turn Data roaming ON #
- Go to Settings > Connections
- Select Mobile Networks > Turn Data Roaming ON
Step 2: Manually select the Network #
- Go to Settings > Connections
- Select Mobile Networks > turn off Automatic Network Selection
- Manually select the required network (the network can be found on the product page)
Step 3: Turn off all other active SIMs/eSIMs #
- Go to Settings > Connections
- Select SIM Manager > Turn off all other eSIMs/SIMs
Step 4: Restart your phone #
- Press and hold the power button, then restart
Important: Do not delete your eSIM during troubleshooting, as it will become invalid once deleted. #
