Whether a device is eSIM-compatible depends on whether the manufacturer includes an eSIM in their devices. That is why we have a list of eSIM-compatible devices for easy checking.
Or, you can follow the steps below to check if your Android phone supports eSIM.
For Samsung Galaxy devices:
- OPEN the Settings app, then TAP Connections.
- TAP SIM Manager.
- If Add eSIM is available, your device likely supports eSIM.
For Google Pixel devices:
- OPEN the Settings app, then TAP Network & Internet.
- TAP the + sign beside SIMs.
- If you’re prompted with the “Download a SIM instead?” on the bottom of the page, your phone is compatible with eSIM.
Other Android devices:
- DIAL *#06# and press the call button.
- If you see and EID number on the bottom of the page, your phone is compatible with eSIM.
