If your eSIM is installed but not connecting to the local network, follow these four simple steps!

Step 1: Turn Data roaming ON #
- Go to Settings > Cellular
- Select Roamify eSIM > Turn "Data Roaming" ON
Step 2: Manually select the Network #
- Go to Settings > Cellular
- Select Roamify eSIM > Select "Network Selection"
- Turn off "automatic network selection", and manually select the required network (the network can be found on the product page
Step 3: Turn off all other active SIMs/eSIMs #
- Go to Settings > Cellular
- Once there, turn off other eSIMs/SIMs
Step 4: Restart your phone #
- Go to Settings > General > Shut Down, then slide to power off. Once the device turns off, press and hold the Power Button until the Apple logo appears.
